We bring new life to some of the oldest homes in the St. Croix Valley. There is almost no home that can’t be repaired and made ready for the next 100 years. We take special pride in executing these complex projects with great care and consideration. We have replaced an entire basement under an existing house, rebuilt large portions of homes, and designed and installed whole new structural systems.

We approach new construction with the same care and consideration. Our extensive experience working on older homes informs and strengthens our new construction practices. We prioritize real, unpretending materials, and understand how to create durability through good design and execution.

We are maximally engaged in our work. The same small and highly skilled crew places foundations, frames, and does all of the finish work. This continuity across our projects is how we ensure quality and integrity at every step.
